  • What is your rate? 
    $25.00 per hour, $.50 per mile
  • How far do you travel?
    We service Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, Loudon, Lenoir City, Oak Ridge, Clinton, and other areas in East Tennessee. We also can assist virtually from any part of the United States.
  • Is there a contract?
    No, it is a need-only basis, one time or multiple times, call for an appointment to schedule.
  • How do I pay for the service?
    A credit card may be accepted online or in-person at the end of the service.
  • How do I schedule?
    Use the inquiry form to send the request.
  • How far in advance do I schedule and do you take same day service?
    Advance scheduling is advised, as soon as you are aware of the need and same-day service is offered when it can be accommodated.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Twenty-four hours’ notice is required to prevent a $50.00 billing charge.
  • Is there anything else I should know?
    Exclusions: No child care, driving with others or pets (an Uber or Lyft can be arranged), no delivery of packages without oversight of its origin, or physical care (health aide services can be scheduled). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
